Common Issues
1) Google sign-in failed
- Confirm you are using a supported Google account.
- Try signing out and back in.
- Check network connection and retry.
2) Camera permission denied
- Open phone settings and grant camera permission to Declutter.
- Reopen the app and try scanning again.
3) Upload to Google Drive failed
- Ensure you are signed in with Google.
- Verify internet connection.
- Retry upload from the app.
4) OCR or category suggestion looks wrong
- Continue with manual category or filename edits before saving.
- Send feedback with an example so we can improve suggestions.
